Shipping

We ship to our customers via USPS Priority or Fedex Ground. Items usually ship within 1 to 3 business days of order being placed depending on purchase time and fulfillment capacity.

Orders received after 5pm Eastern Standard Time are considered received on the following business day.

We also offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Australia and United Kingdom. We ship via Parcel Post through the United States Postal Service or Fedex International.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery costs for you based on the weight and dimensions of your package and the shipping option you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return any new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping costs. Due to sanitation issues, we cannot accept opened or used product for return.

We will pay for return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) If we did not ship a defective or incorrect item the customer has to pay for return shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within 15 business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from whatever shipper you choose (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process your refund request (3 to 5 business days). In order to insure your return is received, we recommend customers purchase additional carrier insurance as Glam Kitti is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit back to us.

All payment forms are subject to verification and review by Glam Kitti. Glam Kitti reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.
